Fine-dining server — Utah County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Utah County, Utah. You will work in a café. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Your main tasks: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins 4+ years on the tools preferred.
