Bread baker wanted in Ajeromi/Ifelodun

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Ajeromi/Ifelodun, Lagos State. Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts We offer ₦9,500 per day plus benefits.
