Prep cook — Ishielu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Ishielu, Ebonyi State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
