Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
