Gas commissioning technician — Winnebago County

Join our team: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Winnebago County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant.
