Now hiring: we are hiring a marble fixer in Logan County, Nebraska. You will work in a stone processing yard. You should have: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Own hand tools an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels Rotating shifts.
