Fine-dining server — Owsley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Owsley County, Kentucky. The job is at a beach resort. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel The role involves: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Clear and reset tables between covers Six days a week, one day off.
