Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brick mason in Lynn County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
