System formwork carpenter — Montgomery County

Join our team: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Montgomery County, Illinois. The role involves: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules 6+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
