Kitchen steward — Campbell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Campbell County, Kentucky. The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
