Great opportunity: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Nelson County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather Your main tasks: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
