Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Cross County, Arkansas. The job is at a dry cleaner's. On a typical shift you will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure. You should have: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
