Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Hancock County, Maine. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
