Join our team: we are hiring a car refinisher in Morgan County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
