Great opportunity: baker (Ogun State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Obafemi Owode, Ogun State. Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
