Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork erector in Shelby County, Indiana. You should have: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Your main tasks: • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
