Mobile crane operator — Person County

Now hiring: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Person County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
