We are recruiting: we are hiring a power float operator in Winona County, Minnesota. You will be based at a ready-mix concrete plant. You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE Day-to-day duties: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
