Track-type tractor operator — Monroe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Monroe County, Mississippi. You will be based on a road construction project. Requirements: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Day to day you will rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
