Bread and bun maker • Quay County, New Mexico

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Quay County, New Mexico. You will be based at a cake shop. You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
