Backhoe loader operator • Abakaliki, Ebonyi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State. The job is at a road-building project. Day to day you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; stockpile and spread material to the required levels. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Full-time with occasional weekends.
