Horizontal milling machine operator — Sterling County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Sterling County, Texas. Day to day you will hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors. You should have: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
