Shuttering carpenter — Chattahoochee County

On the job you will handle: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
