Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC technician in Hickory County, Missouri. You will work at a food processing unit. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Day to day you will check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
