Bread and bun maker — Rijau

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Rijau, Niger State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₦205,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
