Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in Carroll County, Mississippi. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
