Join our team: we are hiring a plasterer in Decatur County, Indiana. The job is at a new-build housing development. You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline Day-to-day duties: • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler 2+ years on the tools preferred.
