Ceiling and wall plasterer — Baltimore County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a ceiling and wall plasterer in Baltimore County, Maryland. Day-to-day duties: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Check walls for plumb and level as you go Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
