Oven operator — Eilean Siar

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Eilean Siar, Scotland. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
