Paint booth operator — Marshall County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Marshall County, South Dakota. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
