Plant operator — Howard County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Howard County, Missouri. The job is in an open-cast mine. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently On a typical shift you will stockpile and spread material to the required levels; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines.
