Pastry baker wanted in Monroe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Monroe County, Kentucky. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time with occasional weekends.
