VMC operator • Creek County, Oklahoma

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a VMC operator in Creek County, Oklahoma. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Overtime paid at a premium rate.
