Pot washer — Genesee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Genesee County, Michigan. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day to day you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
