Vacancy available: kitchen cook (Oregon)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Multnomah County, Oregon. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 3+ years on the tools preferred.
