Day to day you will replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
