Baker wanted in Monroe County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Monroe County, Florida. You will be based in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
