Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in King County, Washington. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. Your main tasks: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Part-time with flexible hours.
