Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work On a typical shift you will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters.
