Track-type tractor operator — Kershaw County

Your main tasks: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
