Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Baruten, Kwara State. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them 1+ years on the tools preferred.
