Gtaw welder — Shanga

Now hiring: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Shanga, Kebbi State. The job is on an industrial construction site. You should have: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Your main tasks: • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦130,000 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
