Panel welder — Surulere

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel welder in Surulere, Lagos State. You will work at a busy production line. Day to day you will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
