Join our team: panel painter (Minnesota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel painter in Red Lake County, Minnesota. You will work in a car refinishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust Requirements: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
