Coating plant operator — Mahoning County

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Mahoning County, Ohio. You will work at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
