Join our team: we are hiring a panel welder in Logan County, Illinois. You will check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes 2+ years on the tools preferred.
