Great opportunity: precision welder (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a precision welder in Barton County, Missouri. The job is in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) On the job you will handle: • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) 2+ years on the tools preferred.
