Vertical milling machine operator — Kenosha County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Kenosha County, Wisconsin. Ideal candidate: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Day-to-day duties: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
