Urgent requirement: escalator technician (Florida)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an escalator technician in Highlands County, Florida. Requirements: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Day to day you will replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
