Requirements: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Your main tasks: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
